This unique, one-of-a-kind soft cheese is made in Castel San Pietro Terme! It undergoes a short maturation period, which gives it a thin rind, it is soft in the middle, has a delicate taste and an aroma of fresh butter, thanks to the enzymes we use.
It is delicious served sliced on toast, paired with vegetables or, even better, jam or honey. It is also perfect for filling ‘cappelletti’ or ravioli.
