Lactose-free Formaggio di Castel San Pietro
This soft cheese, which is named after the town of Castel San Pietro Terme, is now available in the lactose-free version using vegetable rennet from wild thistle!
Our lactose-free Squacquerone, made with vegetable rennet from wild thistle, has been created for anyone following a lactose-free diet who still wants to enjoy one of our finest local products.
Our Lactose-Free Stracchino, made with vegetable rennet from wild thistle, is a soft creamy table cheese. Its sweet flavour, just like milk fresh from the dairy, is a real treat for the taste buds.
